The longer your hair, the more options you will have to play with. What ever you decide to do will make or break your look, so make sure it works with you, not against you. You leave the front sleek and elegant while teasing the back a bit to keep things interesting.
For medium hair, there are more choices to choose from. You can leave your hair down for a sleeker look or up for more elegance. If your hair is curly, you can craze it out and have wild curls all over with a gorgeous headpiece or veil to accentuate it. You can pull it back so the curls are all in the back minus a few strays for extra flare. For straight down dos, you might want add some highlights and some flare at the ends. The classic flip-up or flip-under is always in and looks great alone or with a headpiece or veil. For those stunning up dos, there is so much to be said. For both curly and straight hair there is a lot of room to play. You can twist the hair tightly up and have a sleek frontal look and twist in the back. There is the option of twisting the hair up and leaving strands down around the face to add accent. The top can have a little puff or hair sticking out of the clip for that extra pizzazz. This look is classic and stunning no matter if the hair is curly, wavy or straight.

Long hair has more options than short hair, but can be more limiting than medium depending on the actual length. You can do down straight or curly, or even just curls on the bottom. You can do half up and half down, using twists, buns, braids, or clips. This stylish look allows the front to be out of your eyes with the exception of a few wisps, but down and elegant in the back. There are several ways a stylist can make this look work for you. You can also go for the up-do, which has so many options. The hair can be twisted up and then let to sit outside the clip and drape straight or with curls. You can also have it all wrapped in a bun, braided bun, twist, or classic beehive. Long hair has so many options to choose from ask your stylist what will work best for you.
A final word on hairstyles is to make sure if you are using styling products do not over do it. You don't want your hair to look like a cement wall. You need to make sure you have some play and can run your fingers through it. If it is too crispy, your new husband will not be able to get his hands on it. Think practical and stylish at the same time.
