I have never been one of those guys who're into clothes. I was raised with the notion that fashion is a girl thing. Now, although I'm not completely close-minded on this subject, I can't say that I care much about wearing fancy attire and big names. Typical fashion clothing is not my thing! However, for those who thrive off a great pair of shoes or some "fabulous" button-up, more power to you. Fortunately for you we live in a fashion obsessed world. People from all parts of the globe can't seem to get enough of surreal clothing designers and their outrageous styles. My question is, how much are you willing to pay for it?
I have a wife and a teenage daughter. Okay, I actually have an 8-year-old daughter as well, but the fashion clothing bug has yet to bite her. Thank God! Anyway, having a wife and teenage daughter means going to a lot of malls. I suppose there are plenty of men reading this right now, nodding their heads in agreement. You guys know the deal. Generally my wife likes me to come with. I often wonder if it's just so I'll carry all the bags, because I do end up doing this. Again, men are nodding everywhere. So, is it just me or is most high fashion clothing ridiculously over-priced? I'm being dead serious here. I have to keep in mind what the actual materials are. There's no way a pair of blue jeans is worth 500 bucks. And yet I saw a pair for that in a Versace store. I also spotted a cool men's button down in a Bernini store, but it wasn't 400 bucks worth the cool. You see what I men? I think these pretentious designers are absurd. Their clothing and styles often look great, but the cost of a dress shouldn't be comparable to a monthly payment for an H2.

It doesnt behoove elderly persons to follow fashion in their thinking nor in the way they dress.

My take on fashion clothing is much different than many. I really don't care what the brand name is or whether it's deemed cool by Tom Ford. I'm only concerned with its durability and what it looks like. This could be the reason I choose to shop at old Navy. Hey, the prices are reasonable, and you won't find a common pair of blue jeans that cost 500 bucks.
